Chest Pain

 If you experience a sudden severe chest pain which may spread down the left arm and leave you feeling cold, clammy, faint or feeling sick or breathless, it may be a heart attack and you should:

 - dial 999 and call an ambulance

- take an ASPIRIN tablet (MUST BE ASPIRIN)

- loosen any tight clothing
