EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS

During the week patients who phone needing an Urgent appointment for that day are usually asked to attend at the end of morning surgery.  In this case you will be asked to come down at 11am and to wait.  We cannot guarantee which of our doctors you will be seen by and it may not be your usual GP. 

If the surgery is very busy and all our appointments have been filled but you feel that your problem is urgent for that day the Receptionist will take your details and ask one of the doctors to contact you at the end of morning surgery.   They will then be able to discuss the matter with you and arrange for you to be seen that day if necessary.
