We have a team of three Practice Nurses who provide a wide range of services to our patients.   Please contact us to book appointments with our  Nursing Team for dressings, removal of stitches,  ear syringing, injections, blood pressure checks, holiday vaccinations, cervical smears, health screening and advice on lifestyle.

Sister Heather Sadler joined the practice in November 2009 having previously worked in a GP Practice in Liverpool for 11 years as a Practice Nurse.  Heather trained at Arrowe Park Hospital and qualified in 1986. She then worked in theatre recovery at Clatterbridge Hospital for two years before going on to train as a Midwife at Arrowe Park Hospital. She was employed both in hospital and in the community, working as a team midwife in Greasby and Woodchurch for 9 years in total. Heather is our Nursing Team Leader.

Sister Gill Williams joined the practice in July 2005 from the private sector.

Sister Amanda Baker joined the practice in March 2010.  Amanda trained at Arrowe Park Hospital and qualified in 1986.  She then relocated to Hastings and worked in the Intensive Care Unit there, before returning to Chester and working at the Countess of Chester Hospital, also in their Critical Care Unit.  Until recently Amanda worked as a District Nurse with Upton Group Practice for 18 years before joining the practice in March 2010 as a Practice Nurse.
